Mr. Trinidad is an urban planner, real estate development, and construction expert with vast experience in the design, planning, development, construction, and integration of a broad variety of new sustainable real estate development projects both domestically and internationally. His portfolio includes numerous new residential subdivision communities, townhome development projects, infill mixed-use buildings, mid-rise buildings, and new commercial developments.
The heart of his passion is to help create significant positive social, economic, spiritual, environmental, and aesthetic impact in the communities he serves through his professional urban planning, real estate development, and construction practices, strategies, and approaches.
As Director at Metrovitalization, Kelly Trinidad leverages over 10 years of high-level expertise in real estate acquisition, planning, management, and development, and over 19 years of business expertise as one of the original founders and former Director at Signature Consultants, an IT staffing company now with revenues over $400MM and a leader in the industry.
Ms. Trinidad’s primary role at Metrovitalization is centered on effective office operations, staff management, planning and directing all aspects of real estate development, financial and organizational activities, and long-term company planning and direction. Ms. Trinidad’s primary focus is to direct the company in creating quality environments and enhancing social/economic conditions in every development project.
Ms. Trinidad started her business career with Signature Consultants in January of 1997 and was instrumental in developing and building sales and technical staffing divisions in the South Florida market for the company over a period of 19 years.
Signature Consultants has grown to become one of the largest and most recognized technical staffing companies in the country. Ms. Trinidad has been a key part of the company’s growth having provided crucial managerial roles since its inception.
Ms. Trinidad is a Graduate of Binghamton University and holds a Bachelor’s of Education and Human Development (1992).

He has a background in real estate development where he managed finances for large multi-family construction projects, luxury single family home developments, and commercial spaces. He worked with investors and bankers to underwrite developments and was involved in negotiating acquisitions, sales, rental agreements, and terms for debt and equity financing.
Daniel studied economics and business at Benedictine College where he graduated with academic honors. He worked in the actuarial department at a major annuity and life insurance company prior to making a career change into real estate. He quickly fell in love with development and enjoys the complexity and problem-solving aspect as well as the tangible impact that beautiful structures have on the people and communities that they serve.
Daniel enjoys traveling, music, sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and five children. He has various interests and loves to read about current world events, macroeconomics, and personal finance.
Gary R. Cox is a seasoned Project Coordinator at Metrovitalization, LLC, where he establishes strategic relationships with professionals, vendors, and third parties. With a professional background spanning two decades including management work with Fortune 500 companies, Gary effectively transitioned his high-level expertise within the insurance, sales and merchandising industries to the realm of real estate development and construction.

His expertise lies in project coordination and collaboration, customer relations, and quality control. During his tenure managing 27 jewelry venues, he honed his skills in inventory management and professional partnerships, earning numerous awards along the way.

Alexis worked is a licensed Real Estate Professional with significant experience in market analysis, networking, and contract negotiation. She also brings to Metrovitalization a wealth of experience in logistics and organization management, having worked at Oklahoma State University and Amazon.
Alexis is She is a graduate of Eastern Florida State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management at Thomas Jefferson University, where she is focusing on strategic housing initiatives.
